The short version: We offer a full refund within 14 days of your first payment, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime and your access continues until the end of your billing period.
We want you to feel confident trying Maynetique. If you subscribe to a paid plan and decide it's not right for you within the first 14 days, we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
To request a refund within the 14-day window, simply email us at hello@maynetique.com with your account email and we'll process it promptly.
After the initial 14-day period, we do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
For example, if you're on a monthly plan and cancel on day 20, you'll continue to have access for the remaining 10 days. You will not be charged again.
If you purchased an annual subscription, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your payment date. After 14 days, you may cancel at any time, but no partial refund will be issued. Your access continues until the end of the annual period.

Refunds are processed through Paddle, our payment provider. Once approved, refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment method.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse, such as repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds, or if the account has been suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
