1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Maynetique ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

Maynetique is a SaaS platform that provides content creators with tools for monetizing their social media presence, including templates, analytics, AI-powered writing assistance, and revenue attribution features.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update your information if it changes
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

Maynetique offers both free and paid subscription plans. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described on our pricing page.

  • Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select.
  • All fees are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
  • Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute spam, malware, or harmful content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
  • Resell or sublicense access without written permission
  • Use the Platform to generate illegal, defamatory, or harmful content

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by Maynetique. You retain ownership of any original content you create using the Platform.

Templates and tools provided by Maynetique are licensed for your personal or business use. You may use content generated with our tools for your own social media and marketing purposes.

6. AI-Generated Content

Maynetique includes AI-powered features that assist with content creation. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated suggestions are tools to assist you, not replacements for your judgment
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing any AI-generated content before publishing
  • Maynetique does not guarantee the accuracy or originality of AI-generated content

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

8. Limitation of Liability

Maynetique is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Maynetique shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
